Physical:  Run 5 Miles in the AM / Weights:  Chest in the PM

Mental/Spiritual:  Prayer 10 Min / Meditation 10 Min after Cardio

Tues

Physical:  Run Sprints for 30  minutes in the AM / Weights:  Legs in the PM

Mental/Spiritual:  Prayer 10 Min / Meditation 10 Min after Cardio

Wed

Physical:  Cardio Break Day for Legs – Yoga Class instead/ Weights:  Back and Shoulders in the PM

Mental/Spiritual:  Prayer 10 Min / Meditation 10  Min after Yoga

Thurs

Physical:  Cardio Run 5 Miles in the AM & TrioFit Class at 5 pm / Weights:  Bi’s and Tri’s in the PM

Mental/Spiritual:  Prayer 10 Min / Meditation 10 Min after Cardio

Fri

Physical:  Cardio Run Sprints for 30 minutes in the AM / Weights: Chest in the PM

Mental/Spiritual:  Prayer 10 Min / Meditation 10 Min after Cardio

Sat

Physical:  Cardio Run 7 Miles in the AM / Weights:  Back and Shoulders in the pm

Sun

Off Day/Church
