CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES (Gluten/Grain/Egg/Dairy/Refined Sugar Free)

These are one of our favorites at our house!  I get excited just thinking about them!  You can choose to make these grain-free (and gluten-free) by using Buckwheat.  Or, if you are eating grains, you can also use Gluten Free Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats in this recipe.  Either one turns out delicious.

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix everything, except of your Mix-In options, together.  I like to use my blender because it is very fast!  However, you can mix it by hand also.

Stir in your mix-in options and then place rounded tablespoons on a parchment lined cookie sheet.  These cookies do not spread out when baking.  If desired, you can take the back of a spoon and lightly press them down into your thickness/shape of choice.

Bake for 12-15 minutes.  Enjoy!  These also freeze really well!  :)
